ON AN “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” BASIS, UNLESS OTHERWISE SPECIFIED IN WRITING. RAINMAKERS DOJO INC. MAKES NO REPRESENTATIONS OR WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, AS TO THE OPERATION OF THE APP OR THE INFORMATION, CONTENT, MATERIALS, PRODUCTS (INCLUDING SOFTWARE) OR OTHER SERVICES INCLUDED ON OR OTHERWISE MADE AVAILABLE TO YOU THROUGH THE APP.
YOU EXPRESSLY UNDERSTAND AND AGREE THAT RAINMAKERS DOJO INC. SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO, DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, GOODWILL, USE, DATA OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES (EVEN IF RAINMAKERS DOJO INC. HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES), RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP.
We offer a seven (7) day refund policy, allowing customers to request a refund within seven days of their most recent billing cycle. After this seven-day period, refunds will not be issued. This policy applies to the initial purchase and subsequent renewals.
By signing up for our services, you agree not to dispute any charges related to your RainmakerBots.ai account. If you wish to address billing issues or cancel your subscription, you can do so easily by sending an email to support@rainmakerbots.ai. Alternatively, you can manage your billing information and cancel your subscription through the billing portal in your dashboard anytime.
We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to modify or discontinue the app or to terminate or suspend your use of the app, with or without notice and without liability to you.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Rainmakers Dojo Inc. is headquartered, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law.
Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the app shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the commercial arbitration rules of the jurisdiction in which Rainmakers Dojo Inc. is headquartered.
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Rainmakers Dojo Inc. with respect to the use of the app. If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect. The failure of Rainmakers Dojo Inc. to enforce any right or provision in these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision unless acknowledged and agreed to by us in writing.
We reserve the right to terminate your account at any time and for any reason, without notice. Upon termination, you will no longer be able to access your account and any data associated with it may be deleted.
